Currently, the Department of Compact Operations (DCO), a unit of MCC, is seeking a Full Time Employee
Associate Director/Director (AD/D), Transport and Vertical Structures (TVS)
DCO, through its Division of Infrastructure, Environment, and Private Sector (IEPS) is responsible for the development and oversight of MCC’s infrastructure investments (which account for two-thirds of the agency’s portfolio), private sector development programs and partnerships, and the environmental and social performance of all MCC projects.
The AD/D of TVS shall serve as DCO’s lead representatives on issues related to TVS projects. The AD/D participates in a variety of complex and critical assignments associated with the management and oversight of the design, development, and implementation of TVS programs and projects in MCC Compacts.

Compensation Range: $97,000 to $175,534

The AD/D of TVS applicant must have experience in overseeing or managing infrastructure programs and operations involving projects in one or more of the following infrastructure sub-sectors: roads, airports, ports, rail and other transportation infrastructure, as well as vertical structures including (but not limited to) schools, health centers, housing, terminals, and other building facilities sufficient. This experience should qualify the applicant to provide technical guidance and develop optimal and integrated solutions to project development and/or implementation challenges particularly in the context of developing countries. The applicant must have significant experience with infrastructure program design, development and implementation, including knowledge of policy, legal, institutional, environmental and social analysis, as well as infrastructure finance and procurement strategies. Knowledge of process involved in infrastructure master planning, feasibility studies, and innovative project delivery systems including Finance-Design-Build-Operate-Maintain, concessions, and performance based contracts is highly essential. Experience communicating program/project concepts and results to management and stakeholders both orally and in writing is a must. French language skills are highly desirable.
