What will you do?
Brand Leads are responsible for the overall performance of targeted clients, as well as ensuring all assigned team members are in alignment toward reaching performance and revenue goals. In this role, you will serve as a key business contact and as a client liaison responsible for GetUpside’s Branded merchants. These accounts are the most significant accounts on the platform and require tight relationship management to ensure that each client is optimized for success.
This role is responsible for increasing the sales of both gallons and profit through the platform for our top gas merchants. This, in turn, results in more profit for GetUpside. The ideal candidate has a foundation in the downstream gas ecosystem and has been in a prior territory, pricing or other wholesaler/dealer facing role. This role will be expected to continuously review/understand results and landscape in order to secure proper partner alignment and success. Responsible for new item recommendations and presentations, Scorecard Analysis, and Execution.
More specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
Day-to-day relationship management for new and existing strategically targeted clients.
Evolving and improving GetUpside’s post-sale experience for clients.
Collaborating to provide best practice workflow to include written processes, policies, and procedures that support client management of product output during implementation and operations phase to ensure optimal use of the product.
Executing product implementations.
Monitoring internal operations to assure timelines are met and actions are taken to promote client success.
Understanding product capabilities and solutions and maintain knowledge of company and product information by working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other internal teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, in the gas downstream market with a focus on wholesaler interaction and management.
4-year college degree required
