PSBA is looking for a Professional Engineer with the experiences needed to be a Project Manager (PM) for Municipal projects located in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. As a Project Manager the Candidate will be expected to work with Management to secure work with Municipalities and manage awarded projects. PSBA currently has “on-call” contracts with multiple municipalities. The PM will have to work with the clients to secure task orders against those contracts. The PM will be responsible to oversee the work of project engineers and designers who will assist with the preparation of plans, specification, design calculations, quantity calculation, cost estimates, and permitting procedures. This position will be based out of our headquarters and will report to the President of Tri-State Operations. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Our headquarters is located at 100 S 54th St. Quincy, IL. We have three additional offices in: Lisle, IL; Keokuk, IA; and Hannibal, MO.
Job Requirements:
Preferred 8-10 years experience (minimum 5 years).
Candidate must be a licensed P.E. in 1 of the 3 states (Illinois, Iowa, Missouri), with the ability to be licensed in all three.
Experience within any of the following disciplines are preferred with additional training available:
Water Distribution
Sewer Collection
Water and Wastewater Treatment
Municipal Roadways
Urban Drainage
Site Design
Storm Water Design

Pay: $65,000-$115,000 per year
