We are looking for a Test Engineer focused on developing design verification and production test systems for newly developed Hach products to ensure they meet their performance, quality, and reliability requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to optimize your technical skills in improving manufacturing quality and product performance! This includes activities such as historical data analysis, test design, documentation, and implementation/validation of equipment and process changes.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy automated production test systems to Manufacturing Operations.
Design and develop design verification test systems for new product designs.
Participate in creation of test requirements and test strategies.
Provide cost and schedule estimates for test systems developed.
Ensure test system designs meet testability and reliability criteria.
May fabricate test systems as required.
Provide test system support to the Operations team by resolving issues and providing training on deployed test systems.

Qualifications:
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or physical science, OR relevant experience.
3-5 years of experience in hardware (instrument) test system design.
Demonstrated experience in common test software tools (i.e. National Instruments LabVIEW, Test Stand Certificate, etc.).
The salary range for this role is 65-85K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
