Associate Engineer A position is available in the Engineering & Planning Department for an Engineer. A Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited institution is required. An Engineer in Training Certification, or the ability to obtain one within one year, is desirable. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word and possess excellent verbal and writing skills.
