Hexcel is currently looking to fill several Quality roles. Quality Assurance Team Lead for our Salt Lake City, UT, location, Quality Engineer in our Pottsville, PA location and a Quality Manager in our Amesbury, MA location.

Please note for all three jobs the applicant must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a technical field.
Strong leadership and has the ability to work effectively with engineering, production personnel, and management.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good math and analytical skills including a working knowledge of statistical techniques (SPC, SQC, DOE).
Ability to analyze and resolve process issues.
Root cause investigation experience.
Ability to read drawings, interpret written procedures and instruction.
Ability to understand geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T).
Knowledge of AS9100/ISO and NADCAP preferred.
Knowledge of quality systems, supplier management, internal audits, and overall troubleshooting or problem solving capabilities.
Knowledge and/or use of six sigma methods preferred.
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques a plus.
Current computer literacy including proficiency in use of full Microsoft Office Suite, MRP system experience AX2012 experience a preferred.
