Environmental Instrument and Control Tech
The City of Ames has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Instrument and Control Technician to join our Electric Services department - Power Plant division team. The Environmental Instrument and Control Technician primarily performs work related to the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of power plant environmental emissions monitoring systems and control equipment. May also be required to install, maintain and troubleshoot other power plant and combustion turbine controls, equipment and systems. Performs other related work as required. This is a full time position, primarily Monday to Friday; typically scheduled 7:00am to 4:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
