The Laboratory for interdisciplinary carbon neutrality (IC-Lab / Yuquan Institute) of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences is a joint research center that established to meet the national major needs interdisciplinary field of carbon neutrality, artificial intelligence and digital economy. At the heart of the current carbon neutrality interdisciplinary researches, it integrates the scientific and technological forces and know-how to undertake different national and local projects.
IC-Lab assembles a group of national-level top-talent members, who have achieved a series of remarkable achievements in the fields of environmental science, artificial intelligence and management science.
following the development of the IC-Lab, we are now recruiting a number of outstanding talents in big data computing, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, industrial engineering, operations research, management science and engineering, economics, etc. The candidate with interdisciplinary background are preferred.
(1) Seniorresearch associate
The annual salary before tax is about 400,000 yuan, including basic annual salary, five insurances and one housing fund, housing subsidies, etc.
The contract period of the special research assistant is 3 years, and the contract can be renewed for a period of up to 6 years;
Special research assistants who meet the application requirements of the talent plan of the college after the contract expires can apply for the corresponding projects according to the relevant regulations of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the school; Seniorresearch associate if qualitied may apply tenure-track position of the UCAS.
Have a passion for scientific research work in this field, abide by scientific ethics, be honest and down-to-earth; be able to carry out scientific research work independently, with strong sense of responsibility, organization and coordination ability, teamwork and professionalism.
Applicants for researcher/associate researcher must have postdoctoral research experience, and publish SCI papers in renownscientific journals as the first author or corresponding author during the postdoctoral/doctoral period. The researcher should be under 45 years old, and the associate researcher should be under 40 years old.
Solid basic theory, strong professional ability, strong report writing ability and learning ability
The researcher/associate researcher contract period is 3 years, and the contract can be renewed for a period of up to 6 years;
Postdoctoral candidates need to obtain a doctorate, and have published important papers during the doctoral period.
According to the relevant regulations of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the school, the corresponding fundprojects can be applied; Tenured position is possible through case-based qualification process.
Those who are particularly outstanding will be negotiable according to their personal research results.
(3) Tenured Associate Professor
Doctoral degree and under the age of 45 isgenerally required; the applicant should have good teaching ability, be competent in the role of mentor in cultivating graduate students, have achieved original and important scientific research results, and have considerable expertise in the field.
The popularity and influence have reached the level of tenured associate professors in top-class universities globally. For example: winners of "National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Youth Fund"; "National High-level Talent Special Support Program" for young top talents; Ministry of Education's high-end talent program for young scholars, etc.
The age is generally not more than 40 years old; a doctoral degree is a must, and one of the following conditions should be met:
Overseas applicants should generally have 3 or more consecutive years of overseas scientific research work experience. For those who have obtained a doctorate degree from a famous overseas university and are particularly excellent, the overseas work period requirements can be appropriately relaxed; in principle, the first author or correspondent in the past five years should The author has published more than 3 papers (inclusive) in first-class academic journals in the field.
Domestic applicants should have 3 years or more of scientific research work experience or work experience as an associate professor or equivalent. Domestic applicants should be staff from outside the hospital or special research assistants who have fulfilled no less than one employment contract; in principle, the first author or corresponding author has published 3 or more papers in first-class academic journals in the field in the past five years ; In the past five years, as the project leader, he has received 1 special postdoctoral funding or National Natural Science (NSFC) Youth Fund, National Social Science Fund or other national fund projects.
(5) Chief scientist
Generally have a doctoral degree, and have two or more years of research experience in various research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, well-known universities or research institutions at home and abroad, and generally under the age of 45.
Good teaching ability, be competent in the role of mentor in cultivating graduate students.
Have achieved original and important scientific research results, and have considerable popularity and influence in the field.
For example: professors or researchers from various research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, top-class universities or scientific research institutions; in the past 5 years, a certain number of "three types of high-quality papers" have been published as the first author or corresponding author. At the same time, at least one national-level project (such as the national key R&D plan project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China major project, etc.) should be undertaken as chief scientist.
For foreign applicants, scientific research projects are not required.
(6) Administrative staff
With master's degree or above;
Relevant work experience in institutions or universities is preferred;
expected to become independent and multi-task ability.
