This career opportunity is for a full time, Senior Project / Contracts Manager to join our team in Boulder, CO. This person must be able to understand project requirements, maintain schedules, and effectively communicating with clients and coworkers. The most successful candidates will be motivated individuals who can balance managing several projects at a time.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Manage team member schedules and project deliverables
Communicate with client and internal design team to determine project schedule and needs
Project administration of several projects simultaneously
Prepare scope & fee proposals
Review contracts
Write and edit project construction specifications
Perform plan Quality Control review
Coordinate on site with electrical contractor
Other projects and responsibilities as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related engineering degree
Minimum of 5-years experience in engineering for roadways or buildings
