Works independently & with his/her team in the design & development of equipment required to meet customer's needs or market demands. Develops engineering documentation, design, calculations, for drawings, schematic drawings, material specification, test documentation or other required data. Assists or conducts problem studies leading to recommendations for upgrading/improving existing equipment in field or lab environment. Under general supervision, perform product testing functions in a test lab facility and/or field location. Completes projects as assigned.
Education
BS in Mechanical Engineering Required (MSME preferred)
Experience
5 + years Mechanical Design, product development, design for manufacturing, support of a manufacturing facility (onsite),
3-5 years, Solidworks design experience,
5 years, FEA experience (Solidworks simulation or similar) & hand calculations (mathcad, excel, etc.),
Must be local or willing to relocate to Bryan, Texas area (100% onsite role),

These systems are used around the globe for launch and recovery missions. All of our LARS systems can be modified to suit a variety of ROV launch and recovery specifications for our clients. Our product line features winches, umbilical handling systems, levelwinds, remote operated vehicle (ROV) launch/recovery systems, cable engines, overboarding sheaves, hydraulic power systems, and other related products.
Formed in 1986, Dynacon’s 85,000 square feet of manufacturing space services all aspects of the production process including in-house design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, and testing are accomplished at our Bryan, Texas facility.
Dynacon winches and handling systems can be designed and built to meet certification requirements of the Amer...ican Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Lloyd’s Registry of Shipping, the U.S. Coast Guard, NAVSEA or other certifying agencies.
