Director of Customer Service
This position which reports directly to the General Manager will direct, organize, and supervise the activities and staff of the Customer Service Department. In this position you will also manage strategic relationships with key accounts and work closely with engineering and TVA to stay abreast of opportunities to better serve the customers. Duties include:  •    Process requests for new and repair work (e.g. cut wires, non-working street lights, leaking water meters, etc.) and issue work orders and permits as required. Review completed request forms and adjust customer bills as necessary.•    Receive calls/requests from customers for new or transfer service.  Complete tap or service requests; determine tap fees; commit inf
