Strong background in experimental biology (wet lab) and advanced expertise in multi-omics data analysis, including RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CutRun, and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), with proven experience in developing and optimizing custom bioinformatics pipelines.
